Sliced Yellowtail 5mm thick

Slice Daikon radish and carrots into thin ribbons

Crisp lettuce in cold water, drain and tear into bite-sized pieces

Soak kelp in water for 30 min, then heat

Take out the kelp before it comes to boil

Add yellowtail and carrots to the hot water until cooked
