




Non-Fried, Gluten-Free Buffalo Wings with Blue Cheese Mayo Dip

Ingredients (8 servings):
- 1 teaspoon salt (A)
- a little pepper (A)
- 1 clove of grated garlic (A)
- 10g melted butter (B)
- 3 tablespoons ketchup (B)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder (B)
- a pinch of sugar (B)
- Tabasco (as you like) (B)
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 30g blue cheese
- 50g KEWPIE mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened yogurt
- carrots, celery, etc. as you like
Directions:

Make a slit in the center of the chicken wings with a knife. Put them in a bowl and rub all of the "A" seasonings onto the wings. Coat them with rice flour.

Preheat oven to 200°C and bake the wings for 25 to 30 minutes.
