Make a slit in the center of the chicken wings with a knife. Put them in a bowl and rub all of the "A" seasonings onto the wings. Coat them with rice flour.
*You can get a gluten-free menu by using rice flour.

Preheat oven to 200°C and bake the wings for 25 to 30 minutes.

Put the baked wings in a bowl with all of the "B" seasonings and mix them well.
*Adding Tabasco will be good if you like.

Serve with blue cheese mayo dip and your favorite veggies.
