KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 100g fettuccine
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 80g thinly sliced pork loin
- 10g broccoli sprouts
- 4 tablespoons KEWPIE deep roasted sesame dressing
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- KEWPIE deep roasted sesame dressing
Directions:
1
Make poached eggs: Pour 600ml of water into a pot (about 16cm in diameter) and bring to a boil. Add vinegar and salt. Crack the eggs into a cup.
2
Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and stir the water. Drop an egg gently into the center, and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Stir around the rim of the pot 2-3 times without touching the egg. (The whites will gather in the center.)
3
Remove the egg onto a paper towel and make another one in the same way.
4
Boil fettuccine: Add 2 teaspoons of salt to plenty of water and boil fettuccine according to the instructions.
5
Once boiled, put the fettuccine into a bowl and mix with 4 tablespoons of KEWPIE deep roasted sesame dressing . It tastes good at this point. It also goes well with other kind of pasta.
6
Boil the pork in the water in which you boiled the fettuccine and strain it.
7
Put the fettuccine on a plate and top with the pork and poached egg. Sprinkle with broccoli sprouts and pour the KEWPIE deep roasted sesame dressing on it. Mix well before eating.
