Cut the red bell pepper, carrot, and red cabbage into 1cm cubes.
Tear the kale into bite-sized pieces.

Wrap the carrots in plastic wrap and heat in the microwave (600W) for 1 minute.

Boil plenty of water in a pot and cook pearl barley until soft (about 15 to 20 minutes). Drain into a strainer and rinse with running water to remove slime.

Put the kale and pearl barley, walnut into a bowl, and top with the 3 tablespoon of KEWPIE deep roasted sesame dressing.

Place the blueberries, red cabbage, edamame, corn, carrot, and red bell pepper on top.
*Instead of edamame, you can use green veggies like cucumber, zucchini, green bell pepper, etc.
