Ingredients (1 serving):
- Udon noodles - 1 potion
- Lettuce - 1 leaf
- Cucumber 25g
- Yellow paprika 10g
- Purple onion 12g
- Perilla - 2 leaves
- Surimi - 3 pieces
- Mentsuyu 30ml
- KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing 30ml

Boil the udon noodles as indicated, cool in cold water and drain well.

Cut the lettuce into 3 cm cubes. Cut cucumber into long strip. Cut the yellow paprika and the purple onion into thin slice. Cleave the surimi.

Place the udon noodles in a plate and pour mentsuyu, top with② and drizzle with KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing and sprinkle with the chopped perilla leaves.
