Drain the tofu beforehand.
*Wrap the tofu with a paper towel and place a weight so as not to be watery.

Put tofu, salmon, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a food processor and blend.

Divide the patty into 2 parts. Make them in oval shape and make a well in their center.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add vegetable oil and fry the patties.

When they're a nice golden brown color, turn them over. Cover the frying pan and cook over low heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

Make wasabi mayonnaise: Mix well Kewpie mayonnaise and wasabi.
*Wasabi gives an accent to the flavor. It goes well with mayonnaise, so you can also use it as a dip for veggies.

Put the hamburger steak on a plate and pour wasabi mayonnaise sauce.
*Add leaf lettuce or cherry tomatoes if you like.
