  • Pork loin 200g
  • Salt 1g
  • Pepper 0.1g
  • Wheat flour 10g
  • Bread clumb 15g
  • Egg 30g
  • Cabbage 50g
  • Purple cabbage 10g
  • Carrot 10g
  • KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing 30g
  • KEWPIE Mayonnaise 20g

Directions:

Slice pork loin into 1-1.5cm thick pieces

Season with salt and pepper

Coat the pork pieces in wheat flour, eggs, and bread crumbs

Deep fry with oil at 180 °C
