Boil bean sprouts in water (3min) then drain well

Boil the Chinese noodles, wash and cool

Place the cold noodles in a bowl

Add bean sprouts, sliced boiled egg, sliced cucumber and shredded crab-sticks

Add KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing, ponzu sauce (2 tbs), and chilli oil (optional)
