Wasabi and Beef Pizza

KEWPIE Mayonnaise
Ingredients (1 serving):
  • KEWPIE Mayonnaise (40g)
  • Wasabi paste (Mixed with mayonnaise) (5g)
  • Beef calbi (80g)
  • Japanese BBQ sauce (60g)
  • Green pepper (15g)
  • Onion (20g)
  • Shredded Cheese (80g)
  • Chopped seaweed (1g)
  • Shredded Chili (0.8g)
  • Pizza dough (9 inches) (160g)

Directions:

Cut green peppers into half lengths then slice horizontally 3mm thick

Slice onions the same width as the peppers

Marinate the beef ribs in Japanese BBQ sauce

Spread cheese on the pizza dough

Top with green peppers and onions

Bake in high temperature oven

Place beef on a heat-resistant pan and grill in oven

Add beef topping to pizza

Drizzle on top a mixture of KEWPIE Mayonnaise and wasabi

Finish with chopped seaweed and chilli peppers
