Ingredients (2 servings):
  • Seaweed - 1 Sheet
  • Sushi Rice (100g)
  • Lettuce - 2 Leafs
  • Fried Shrimp(Small) - 4 Pieces (50g)
  • Sliced Red Paprika (4g)
  • Sliced Yellow Paprika (4g)
  • Shredded Red Cabbage (40g)
  • Sriracha Sauce (6g)
  • KEWPIE MAYONNAISE (12g)

Directions:

Mix sriracha sauce and KEWPIE Mayonnaise to make sriracha mayo sauce

Put the seaweed on wax paper and spread the sushi rice on the seaweed

Place the lettuce, fried shrimp, paprika, sriracha mayo and red cabbage onto the rice

Lift up the edges of the seaweed and roll it up with the ingredients inside. Press gently while rolling

Close both edges of the wax paper and cut into half
