KEWPIE Mayonnaise
Ingredients (2 servings):
  • Chinese noodles (steamed) - 2 balls (300g)
  • Cabbage - One Leaf (60g)
  • Bean sprout - 100g
  • Carrot - 2 cm (20g)
  • Sliced Pork - 3 Slices (60g)
  • Yakisoba sauce - Proper amount (40g)
  • Red Ginger - A little (10g)
  • Dried Green Seaweed - A little (1g)
  • Oil - A little (8g)
  • KEWPIE Mayonnaise - As you like (30g)

Directions:

Slice the cabbage 5-10 mm thick

Peel the carrot and cut into strips

Cut the pork into even, bite-sized pieces

Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork until the colour changes

Add the cabbage and carrots, plus bean sprouts and fry until done

Add Chinese noodles and water 60ml (check ingredients list) and fry until the water evaporates

Add Yakisoba sauce and mix well

Transfer onto a serving plate and top with dried green seaweed and red ginger garnish

Finish with lines of KEWPIE Mayonnaise squeezed over the dish
