Wash the potatoes, and make a 3 to 5mm depth notch cross around the potato using a knife.

Wrap ① with wet cooking paper and wrap with plastic wrap softly. Heat in a 600W microwave for about 5 minutes and 30 seconds.

Peel the skin from the edge of the notch of ② and put into the storage bag and close. Put a dishcloth on the bag and mash the potatoes while they are still hot.

Cut cucumber into thin rings and ham into strips.

When ③ is cooled down, add ④, KEWPIE Mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix.
