  • Keema curry sauce:
  • Ground meat (beef or pork) (40g)
  • Onion (20g)
  • Garlic - 1 Piece (2g)
  • Ginger (2g)
  • Salad oil (6g)
  • Salt (1g)
  • Pepper (0.1g)
  • Tomato (20g)
  • Green pepper (3g)
  • Garam Masala (2g)
  • Cumin powder (1g)
  • Turmeric powder (1g)
  • Bouillon soup (50ml)

  • Pizza dough - 9 inches (160g)
  • Eggplant (15g)
  • Green pepper (10g)
  • Tomato (10g)
  • Corn (20g)
  • Shredded Cheese (15g)
  • KEWPIE Mayonnaise (10g)

Directions:

Use finely minced beef or pork

Season with salt, pepper, garam masala, and turmeric powder

Prepare pizza toppings: sliced onions, tomatoes, eggplant, and green pepper

Fry the chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies, and cumin powder in oil

Add tomatoes and minced meat, and further fry until cooked

Add bouillon soup stock and boil for 5 minutes, then allow to cool

Spread the Keema curry on the pizza dough

Add pizza toppings (3)

Sprinkle shredded cheese and KEWPIE Mayonnaise on top, then bake in oven at 230 °C for 8 minutes
