Remove stem of mushroom and clean

Finely chop the parsley and garlic

Cut the bacon (5mm squares)

Mix the bacon and garlic with KEWPIE Mayonnaise

Stuff the mix on top of the mushrooms and bake in oven (240 °C) for 8 to 10 mins

Plate the mushrooms and top with fresh parsley
