Ingredients (2 servings):
- Yellowtail (200g)
- Daikon Radish - 1/4 Piece (200g)
- Carrot - 1 Piece (180g)
- Lettuce - 1/8 Piece (55.13g)
- Dried kelp - 1 sheet, 5 cm width (5g)
- Grated ginger with tube - a little (5g)
- KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing

Sliced Yellowtail 5mm thick

Slice Daikon radish and carrots into thin ribbons

Crisp lettuce in cold water, drain and tear into bite-sized pieces

Soak kelp in water for 30 min, then heat

Take out the kelp before it comes to boil

Add yellowtail and carrots to the hot water until cooked

Mix KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing and grated ginger in a bowl

Serve with yellowtail, Daikon radish, carrots and lettuce
