Savoury Japanese Pancakes

KEWPIE Mayonnaise
Ingredients (2 servings):
  • Wheat flour 50g
  • Egg 30g
  • Water 100g
  • Sliced pork belly meat 70g
  • Cabbage 150g
  • Okonomiyaki sauce 30g
  • KEWPIE mayonnaise 30g
  • Dried bonito flakes 3g

Directions:

Mix sliced cabbage and eggs in a bowl

Add water and flour, mix well

Heat oil in frying pan

Fry pancakes both sides until golden brown

Plate pancakes

Top with okonomiyaki sauce, KEWPIE Mayonnaise and bonito flakes
