Savoury Japanese Pancakes
Japanese savoury pancakes are simple to make and fun to experiment with new toppings and flavours.

Ingredients (2 servings):
Wheat flour 50g
Egg 30g
Water 100g
Sliced pork belly meat 70g
Cabbage 150g
Okonomiyaki sauce 30g
KEWPIE mayonnaise 30g
Dried bonito flakes 3g
Directions:

Mix sliced cabbage and eggs in a bowl

Add water and flour, mix well

Heat oil in frying pan

Fry pancakes both sides until golden brown

Plate pancakes
