Hokkaido Chan-Chan Style Roasted Salmon

- Atlantic salmon (400g)
- Cabbage (300g)
- Onion (140g)
- Carrot (60g)
- Salt (3g)
- Pepper (0.3g)
- Butter (20g)

Preheat oven

Season the salmon steak with salt and pepper

Remove any excess moisture

Slice cabbage and onions 5mm thick

Peel carrots and cut into strips

Pan sear the surface of the salmon steak in butter

Place the pan seared salmon on the sliced veggies

Bake in oven for 15-20 min at 200 °C
