Fresh Japanese Salad
The most important ingredient for a salad, apart from fresh garden vegetables, is the dressing.

Ingredients (2 servings):
- Asparagus 60g
- Mini-tomatoes 60g
- Green leaf 50g
- Sunny lettuce 50g
- Kale 20g
- Paprika red 20g
- Paprika yellow 20g
- Purple onion 20g
- Radish 30g
- KEWPIE Mayonnaise 30g

Mix fresh lettuce and kale greens in a bowl

Parboil fresh asparagus and cut into 4cm lengths

Cut cherry tomatoes in half

Thinly slice yellow and red capsicums, red onion and radish
