Cold Pork Shabu with Tofu

KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing
Ingredients (2 servings):
- Thinly Sliced Port for shabu shabu - 10 slices (200g)
- Silke tofu - 1/2 Piece (175g)
- Lettuce - 3 Leaves (87g)
- Mini-tomatoes - 4 Pieces (36g)
- (A) Green onion - a little (5g)
- (B) Chili oil - a little (2g)
- KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing - as you like (60g)
Directions:

Boil sliced pork in hot water, drain well

Cut silken tofu into 8 pieces

Cut cherry tomatoes in half

Crisp sliced lettuce in cold water, draining well

Plate in order: lettuce, tofu, tomatoes and pork

Pour over KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing

Serve with chopped green chilli and chilli oil on on the side
