Cut the leaf lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tomato into 1cm rounds. Cut the purple onion into thin slices.
Sprinkle the chicken thighs with a pinch of salt and pepper and brown in a frying pan.
Mix KEWPIE Mayonnaise 5ml and KEWPIE Deep Roasted Sesame Dressing 15ml.
Toast the sandwich breads and spread KEWPIE Mayonnaise 5ml on each slice.
Place the leaf lettuce, tomato, purple onion, chicken thigh and ③ on a slice of bread, and top with another slice of bread.
